Unless this particular county has a homicide GJ policy, these two dudes need to be arrested for murder, on GP. They can still do GJ. There's nothing in that video that fathomly justifies a homicide. The kid jogging had the right to defend himself against the absolute threat!

Also note - the event happened on Feb 23, long before Courts were closed. The police didn't plan to make an arrest, they had already planned to let the two murders off.
