Wisconsin had to call up the National Guard because of poll worker shortages. Few people will have a meaningful chance to vote on Tuesday. Absentee voting is just about the only way for people to access the ballot and operatives seek to strip that away too. DISGRACEFUL.
Copy of brief filed at SCOTUS by operatives can be found here. They want absentee ballots not postmarked or delivered by April 7th rejected. Justice Gorsuch seems a response by 2pm. Simply put, there is a global pandemic underway. Accepting absentee ballots received through April 13th is a modest accommodation for voters who face barriers.

Republicans ask SCOTUS to suppress WI voting: "Applicants RNC & the Republican Party of WI were ... appellants in the court of appeals. Applicant WI Legislature ... was an appellant in the court of appeals, which found it [has] standing & [is] a proper intervenor in this action."
Trump did say in his daily press conference that he would take legal action against mail-in ballots. Looks like he is using a Partisan Supreme Court to carry it out.

Constitution clearly states that elections are run by the STATES, so SCOTUS has no role here.
(Not that that stopped them from interfering on behalf of the @GOP in 2000 of course--tho' they did state that their move to install W. could Not be construed as a precedent.)
