Same in O'Fallon. I gave them my voting ident card, but still had to show passport, and then they seemed confused about it. But, was able to vote.

We've heard from 2 voters in a similar situation in Randolph County, MO. Voters told they couldn't vote if Driver's License didn't scan properly. No mention of affidavit or provisional ballot options. Poll workers haven't received adequate training from

No. In Missouri you must register 30 days before Election Day and the information on your registration application is matched against data in driver's license and social security databases before you can be added to the rolls. Voters on the rolls must then show ID at the polls.
