I dislike the qualification rules for multiple reasons. I think we should be hearing all voices regardless of “popularity” at any one moment, and regardless of the ability of a candidate’s supporters to *pay up.*
6 candidates, all white, qualify for the next debate on January 14th. In 2018, people of color comprised close to 40% of the democratic electorate.
