That’s why in 2021 we need to expand ALL courts and set term limits- since for anyone who actually reads the Constitution they will find out it does NOT state lifetime appointments....anywhere. Amend the Judiciary Act- set limits and expand.
The Senate just confirmed Trump’s 48th nominee to the federal circuit court of appeals. Trump’s nominees now make up 5 of 12 seats on the 11th Circuit. Over 8 years, Obama had 55 judges confirmed to court of appeals across the country.
