Despite lawsuits, data, the reports and the protests, Bloomberg stood by stop and frisk. In 2013, a federal court found the policy unconstitutional but Bloomberg didn't budge, stating "I wouldn't want to be responsible for a lot of people dying." Many are still raw from this.
