I think we're gonna be impeaching a LOT of judges once we take both the House and the Senate.
Democrats have to take the Senate and presidency and do two things to help balance: abolish the filibuster and create a lot of new judge positions. It will make government too responsive to the controlling party...but that's better than minority rule for a generation.
