The Supreme Court must recognize that Title VII's protections extends to millions of LGBTQ people in American, especially those most often subjected to discrimination --> LGBTQ people of color. Democracy requires that the SCOTUS respect the full scope of Title VII's protections.

It’s substandard that employees’ rights, here in 2019, would hinge on interpretation of Title VII. Is there nothing in the Constitution to say a worker cannot be fired out of bigotry, or for bias stemming from religion? Didn’t Brennan introduce dignity into the court’s toolkit?
