Usually a payment based on earnings he could have made each year.. and probably an investigation and firing of those who did the coercion if they aren't dead
24 years on Rikers Island? They don't hold inmates that long on Rikers. It's a temporary holding jail for inmates to be transferred to another facility OR a place where you are held if serving a sentence of 1 year or less. It's important to get ALL the facts right
