Georgia has had a huge problem in Brian Kemp for years. From SOS to now governor, and foreign interference, that state is screwed.

- Unauthorized entry into polling sites
- Emails w/ malicious links that could be used for hacking
- Attempts to hack absentee ballots
- Power failures, cell or traffic control outages

As long as the Russians are helping the Rs, what is the incentive for red states to mitigate their circumstances? AFAICS, they likely *welcome* interference so long as it's in their favor.
