Question. Didn’t Wilbur Ross testify UNDER OATH to Congress the reason for the *necessity* of a citizenship question? If there is suddenly a new reason - would that not be perjury? Asking for America.
The Constitution specifically gives the power to control the Census to Congress and Congress only. Congress then delegated part of that authority to the Sec’y of Commerce.
