In Flowers v Mississippi, the prosecutor struck 41 out of 42 African-American prospective jurors. The prosecutor questioned Black prospective jurors a great deal more than whites. 7 out of 9 Justices saw the racism. I’m not sure why this headline says astonishing. Since when has CT ever really sided with the collective us? He is very happy with and blinded by his own privilege. He’s truly believes he’s not like us, is better.

Because if you read about the case, and see all of the Batsen (I don't know if I'm spelling it correctly) violations against the DA, it's hard to believe ANY competent justice wouldn't see the very obvious problems with this case. It's as if Thomas is doing this for effect
