I'm glad the journalist started to question if her visit also put his life at risk, in danger, subject him to abuse by rogue officers. I hope he makes it out, although I have serious doubt. They'd let him get close to leaving and do something to keep him there.

It's truly sad the attorney no longer returns calls, even though he is still the attorney on record and prevents another attorney from representing him. I wouldn't be surprised, if the attorney was threatened. My friend's brother couldn't get an atty bc they'd harass attys. Fear

I believe instructions to jurors were wrong. It shouldn't be about officer split second decision, but if the suspect behavior warranted such split second action.
