I get it’s reversing precedent, but What are the ramifications of this decision?
Elections have consequences. 2016 was. Now we have Gorsuch and Kavanaugh joining Roberts, Alito and Thomas. We will see if this supreme court will be no different from, for example, the one in Venezuela, a banana republic.
Didn't Citizens United overturn precedent too? I thought that had already made everything fair game.
