Low income families could own their homes for what they pay in RENTS !!!! The system is designed to keep Blacks out of the wealth of American society. There are Blacks who live in their rented houses and apts for 10, 15, and 20 years without being evicted. What's Up With That????

Truth! We still have communities right outside of Washington,DC that were targets of subprime & predatory lending practices. Many lost their homes and/or equity as a result. It’s more than just a house. Real estate is one of the primary & more accessible ways to build wealth.
