No... Asians have manage to monopolize with time and strategy... Black people wasn’t given that privledge.. Our self reliance and freedoms was burned to the ground during the reconstruction. Applicable “Best” malpractices has been historically damning to black people.
What’s the criteria to get into these schools? Is it based solely on test scores?
