The money isn’t “there” man. It’s quite disparate, based NOT on Gov funding, but endowments and PTA/Parent Funds. I taught at a school that had $50 in the PTA fund. My kids went to a school with $300,000.00 in the Parent Fund. Enough to pay for vetted aides in EVERY CLASSROOM.
