I've always thought that the various kinds of prosecutorial conduct that are so very common should be punished with serious prison time. Instead they are immune. I understand this is complicated but their freedom to lie & cheat is highly destructive to society.

Some know in America 13% of the people are not committing the proportion of crime they are convicted of without crooked law enforcement and crooked judicial system. Even with internet, dominate culture try their best to say what’s in their face is not true, but we still trying.

Every wrongful conviction is a horrible injustice. But the correct statistic with which this figure should be compared is % of convicts who are black, not % of blacks in the general population. I believe that figure is 37% in case of males. Still disproportionate but less so.
