IMHO, it's the OPPOSITE. Republicans and those who work to DEPRESS & SUPPRESS Black votes know that our votes DO MATTER. That's why they come after us. To stifle our influence. No surprise that Russia aligned w/ Trump & Bernie in 2016. All worked to dilute Black voter influence.
