Are you really that ignorant to the racist history of that person and his family? And you cannot be that much of an Uncle Tom to think that there aren't any competent qualified BLACK candidates to be judges? Enjoy your time in power & when it ends you can go back under your rock!

I would not believe the Daily Beast on subjective assessments or on Farr, but assume correct about no blacks or Latinos. They are not disclosing minority district cout appointments. I don't think skin color should matter, but I am disappointed there are no blacks or Latinos

As a person who litigates in Federal courts, I am deeply disappointed in the Senate Dems recent failures in stopping or slowing down the appointment process. This failure will hurt progressives for 30 years
