Yes and if The abortion issue is reversed women will go to prison for murder if they have one. I wonder how many men would be willing to let their daughters, sisters and girlfriends go to prison for 10+ years. And, there are circumstances such as date rape that happens so often.

I have read a lot of the summaries Kavanaugh had written and I dont see where any of this is an issue. People are making a big deal because its Trump who recommends him, this judge appears to make judgements by the letter of the law and previous precedent
