Personally thought it was already a crime to make false 911 calls. Apparently that law is NOT being enforced or the "pattern" might be less prevalent.
Racially-motivated and false 911 calls should be treated as a crime. These calls are intended to drive Black people out of public spaces and push them out of communities. Absolutely agree that there should be a financial penalty imposed on those abusing 911 in this way. These white folks don't "get it" until it personally affects them. Money is a great motivator so make them pay for their calls!

Have handled hundreds of calls in the black community of man with a gun domestic related. Get there and the caller says "there's no gun, I just wanted you here quicker." Puts everyone at a higher risk so it's not a race issue but an ignorance self centered issue
