While you're right that it was limited and not meant to be broadly applicable, the fact that the bakery refused a generic wedding cake and not a cake that visually supported gay marriage, means it could be used to try to defend broad discrimination.

Agreed. This is not the first time RBG has been in the minority and soon after, everything turned over on its head and guess what? She was right. Justice Sotomayor is still new, and I trust RBG. It's only a matter of time.
