    Ever wondered what it feels like to be trapped on a train, unable to get off? Here is a video from my Point Of View, as it happened to me *again* just now. This is why I fight for level boarding. I can’t rely on staff to meet me with a ramp. Because they don’t.

    While I sit on a train waiting for the ramp, assistance not here. I think a new system should be in place like delay repay - wait over 10 minutes for a ramp you get refunded! I bet things would improve! our time is precious too!
