I understand you can't stop false strikes from being a problem @TeamYouTube but there should be an obligation for the claimant to open the counter claims and proceed from there. If the claimant doesn't open the counter within 10 days, they should automatically lose the case
YouTube is going to take the path of least resistance as that is what is going to benefit them most. If it's a false copyright claim, you can always sue (assuming you have the resources). The claimant cannot ignore a legal complaint.
