Do you think open review needs to be signed?

A large proportion of open reviews should and will be signed. There always needs to be the option of anonymity—to enable reviewers to avoid social consequences. Choosing to sign lends weight to a review and contributes to a more mature open culture of rational discourse.

This is one of the reasons I believe professors should have to sign their reviews
