Please tell me why you allow
@LoganPaul and others that are no good on YouTube to be monetized but small creators can’t be and you won’t even share their content so they can’t get new views very easy?
I can answer that, because Logan makes them money and the smaller channels don't. That's all you-tube cares about. They've had over 5 years to make a tab for new upcomers or something to help smaller channels grow and they've done nothing. It's clear they just don't care.
