Creator features like live streams, custom URLs, scheduled uploads (and many others!) are not going away with the YouTube Partner Program update. Smaller channels can still grow and be discovered–monetization doesn't impact how videos appear in search or how they're promoted/recommended across YouTube. Also creator features and tools like cards and end screens, custom thumbnails, live streaming, etc are all still available
So how are you goin to help them grow? I've bee on your site for awhile and you've done next to nothing. You goin to make a tab for small channels up and coming? Or will you continue to do nothing and screw over the smaller channels?
