Some fixes I think make sense:
1) Revert Raza and/or make Spawn of Shadow cost 7
2) Counterspell still counters spell but your opponents mana isn’t locked, it resets; Rigged Fair game draws 2
3) Darkglare to 3 mana and molten reverted

On the counterspell point, you mean, if my 10 mana spell is countered, I'm not left with 0 mana, but I get my 10 back?

Doesn’t that kinda remove the whole flavour of countering? What’s the logic behind you saying it’s a good idea? Just curious as to your thinking, hadn’t ever considered it so I’m intrigued

It counters the spell you play, so the flavor is still there, but controls decks that run mostly but spells often can’t handle big secret mage swing turns with the mana counter.
