YES!!!! Not a huge fan of nerfing Raza itself. It's what made the Highlander Archetype most fun. Spawn, imo, is the issue...the most efficient OTK tool it has, all other burst damage potential takes way more setup. I think hitting Polkelt's mana cost would break up the monotony of the play pattern as well. I've accepted that that suggestion is selfish and unrealistic though.

Omg yes, anduin+raza synergy is sweet and versatile. Polkelt and spawn make the deck boring, repetitive and super easy to otk. Nerf these 2 to death and we're fine
