Looks like you might just be collecting minions because they are the same type as opposed to building a comp. Also the amount of taunts makes you really susceptible to cleave

This is definitely a last place comp tbf. Raw stats fall off very quickly after 9/10 gold turns (with the exception of big battlemasters/goldgrubbers sometimes), this comp doesn't really have a win condition (soul juggler) or any way to scale higher (wrath weaver, watcher)

What everyone else has said... collecting minions of the same type gets you only so far. Pretty much anything but Big Demons is bad. Keep grinding at it!
