It’s the most infuriating thing listening to someone who watched game changers and thinks they’re now a nutritionist (show is off the mark for the record)
You guys missed the point of the movie. It isn’t necessarily saying that a vegan diet it the most optimal diet; it’s there to dispel the myth that you can’t be a high level athlete on a vegan diet. Especially in a world where people obsess about protein.

Dude the studies they present in favour of plant based diets are studies done on vegeteatrians. Vegetarians are considered plant based, but they don’t count as vegans. They just use plant based as an umbrella term to misrepresent this

Which is fine. I meant plant based in general. If one wants to take it further that’s fine too. The point is the movie showcases plant based athletes. Decide what you want from there whether that lifestyle is for you or not.

It's a shame some of these "high level athletes" are complete frauds such as Patrik Babaoumian. He's not even close to actually having a world record on the yoke, but claims so anyway to promote his vegan book.
