Yeah I saw that, that seems crazy hard. How do you stay under 30g of carbs a day without meat? It is hard to do it with meat.
I use a lot of Nut Butters and green leafy vegetables. MCT oil, avocado, and macadamia nuts is my primary fat sources. Protein comes pretty easy between tofu, nuts/seeds, and this Sun Warrior Protein powder that has like 2 net carbs.

That's pretty awesome. Yeah I've been on hardcore 24 hours fasts to get back on track all week, it's actually been awesome, I've had a ton more energy during the day

Haven’t done the full on fasts yet. However I have been incorporating IF fasting of yet, and I totally dig that.
