How do you use Mechathun with only the Emperor? Sorry I think I am missing something.

Emperor tick on Mechathun and one of your bloodblooms. That's 10 mana for you to cast Cataclysm when hitting end of deck..be sure you draw one of your bloodblooms before you Hemet (unless you're facing an aggro matchup and it's impotant to activate reno/get to Guldan

What’s the optimal time to use Soularium?

The optimal time is when u get a tick of emperor on it so it’s zero mana. Then I speed the clock of killing ur opponent w/ 3 cards remaining by going Mechathun, soularium, blood bloom, cataclysm. Otherwise, use it when ur diggin for cards against aggro (or procking counterspell)

What are the good and bad matchups for the deck in the current 5-legend meta?

Kingsbane is the worst matchup for MechaThun, but the double ooze helps flatten the disparity. A smart Reno player can give it trouble...against everything else, I feel pretty confident...even aggro mage isn't bad if you play around secrets properly.
