The Pelicans wouldn't trade Davis for all 4 of the Lakers young guys and every draft pick that the Lakers have when they were all playing at their absolute best. Davis is a proven once in a generation player that happens to be over 7 foot. There is no conspiracy theory.
It’s not whether the Pelicans would have ever obliged. It’s the mentality of the young guys.

Fair enough. They are the same guys that won 30 something games last season minus the best player they had last season. I dunno what you expect of them, LeBron is great, Kuz is good, the rest of the squad would be worst in the west and that is what you are seeing.

Also. If the Lakers plans are to win a championship with LeBron those guys should know that the odds of them being traded at some point are super high to begin with, this season is an experiment for them, but it’s clear this is a one man show and that won’t get it done.
