Is that worth running a card in your deck for something that happens less than half the time though?
Not saying it's definitely worth running but there are extra edge cases...also, this version doesn't run volcano for it's proactivity, so having the ability for better storms has some merit.

Yeah, I’m not arguing there’s merit for the card to be there, just that more often than not it’s worse than just running an Ooze or something.
