My initial thoughts of day 1 of Boomsday: 1) Druid is, as predicted, disgustingly good. However, Togwaggle Druid might be the best version of them all. 2) Deathrattle Rogue better than anticipated 3) Token druid will be good, eventually once Druid pushes out most warrior decks.
4) I expect Shudderwock Shaman to eventually see more play to counter the greed.
thoughts on mechathun?
I think the Pyro version of Druid MechaThun is prolly the best, but I think it's inferior to the other Druid archetypes. But I haven't faced much of it, nor have I experimented with it (just watched TidesofTime play with it a bit on his stream)
What do you think of the relative power levels of Shudderwock and Maly shaman are? Like you I've played a LOT of shudderwock since TWW but I'm really enjoying the Eureka combo and playing a more focused control deck.
I think Shudderwock shaman is becoming more of a tempo deck now...like Ike's version. Maly Shaman seems interesting...no experience with it. At the end of the day though, the best combo deck is probably Mechathun Priest.
Must. Learn. Togwaggle Druid. At least before it gets as aggressively targeted as Cubelock was when it dominated things.
The deck feels very good and powerful. more consistent than other builds previously, and dreampetal florist makes the combo so much smoother than relying on just full hand size + naturalizes or the crappy Twig card
