If you press the "Delete annotations" button, what happens?
@TeamYouTube I can't add or edit end screens nor cards. I just get this message. Just started happening. It's a brand new video with 0 annotations on it.pic.twitter.com/cHXSeGPKWG

It seems to be fixed this morning. But last night when I tried it nothing would happen. It'd just stay at that screen.
