Since Twitter isn't open source and we don't know for sure how QFD is applied, these are assumptions based on observation and likelyhood. A QFD might be automatically removed, if you reach a critial number of followers, X times the amount of people who blocked or reported you.
Possible reasons for QFD (Quality Filter Discrimination) are: -Blocked by too many people -Following people blocked by too many people -Reported by too many people (even unsuccessful) -Following people reported too often -Frequent interaction (comment, like) with QFD people
