Hi there, seems like your channel doesn't meet the eligibility criteria for monetization. Apply for YPP, once your channel reaches 10,000 views, your application will be reviewed and you will receive an email update. Hope this helps!
I cant set up a ypp because it wont let me enable my monetization it says disabled
