Liberty is not legislation. Liberty is the natural right to do as you please as long as you don't encroach on anyone else's liberty. It's the obligation to be accountable and responsible for your actions.

That's a non sequitur really and an evasion. Words have meaning and it is important to use precisely the correct ones. You imply that liberty is a gift of government laws, laws which can be changed and revoked. A serious error.
