4/ Our eyes respond more strongly to blue, cyan, and green wavelengths of light than they do to violet. Consequently, when we look high in the sky, we see the entire sky as blue.

5/ During sunrise or sunset, as the light coming from the Sun has to pass through tremendous amounts of atmosphere, the blue light gets scattered in all directions while the red light scatters much less efficiently. We see a reddish sky.
