1/ Very interesting discussion between @adamgazz and @Rob_Reid in the After On podcast n°2 about consciousness & neuroscience. Two major highlights for me.
4/ The video game Neuroracer was created with LucasArts in 2008. It was the best possible way to delivered such an experience as it was reproducible, targeted and personalized using adaptive algorithms which constantly adjusted the game to the current performance.

5/ As such, it is like cognitive interval training. Also, video games are much more fun than therapy and solve the compliance issue. We may see such video games being officially prescribed to treat ADHD during this year.

7/ Top-down is how you perceive the world driven by our goals. As such, goals can be considered cognitive actors, they almost make us conscious.
