Wow! Did you use footage from the movie? I hope you disputed it. I'm not going to use any footage though. Thanks for the warning.

Nope. It was marked as “spam, deceptive practices and scamming”. None of which was done. It was a standard review. Our subscribers are suggesting it was either a disgruntled fan or Fox Star not being so pleased with how honest we were with the movie.

You have to dispute that for sure and tag
@TeamYouTube on it. They can't strike a review.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

We have disputed and are awaiting the results. we didn’t use their footage. We weren’t issued a copyright strike, but a spam and deceptive practices strike. I’m just saying if you’re going to be honest, maybe don’t be as honest as we were haha.

I'm going to be just as honest as I always am. I'm also going to call out
@FoxStarIndia because that's not right. Bad business practices. I would love to see them try and strike my review. Won't end well for them. I got your back bros1 reply 3 retweets 4 likes -

you probably got a strike since it goes against Fox's strategy of spreading positive word of mouth about the movie & knowing how condescending Daniel could get in his review that might've been the real issue behind that strike

That doesn't matter.
@FoxStarIndia is not allowed to try and censor criticism. They won't like it, but can't control free speech1 reply 2 retweets 4 likes
When you get a claim, block, or strike you also get notified by whom. If it were fans that were flagging it then the strike would come from YouTube as a guidelines violation. Otherwise it will show the specific channel account that put in the strike.

Video was initially flagged for non-existent copyright violation, THEN was reported other the claim and removed an hour later. I'm no expert, but a few triggered fans reporting a trending video shouldn't be able to get it shut down like that. Our MNIK review supports that.
