Honestly, it's hard to tell from just this video. Please follow up with me in DM's.

No disc drive should sound like that. It sounds like an unbalanced disc, but a properly functioning drive should be able to handle it without making so much noise. Another possibility is that the drive isn't secured well, allowing vibrations.
