If for some reason you don't immediately see how disgusting this is, just replace "mentally ill" with any other group. Rights are not conditional, and it is horrible and divisive to talk as if mentally ill people's (or any group's) rights come at the cost of others.

At one point in the primary he was tied with Tulsi Gabbard (lol) for my third choice behind Bernie and Warren. I don't know if I was just easily duped or if that's just a reflection on the quality of the field.
