Thanks for those screenshots. We've checked the video and everything looks fine. Could you ask you subs to try uninstalling/updating the app if they are using a mobile device or clear cache and cookies if they are using a browser? Let us know.

Hey again–we checked a second time, and it looks like premieres and live archives had an outage. This was likely the cause of your issue, but it should be fixed now. Let us know if you or your subs are still seeing something different!
