@YouTube @TeamYouTube How can an account that doesn't have a channel, is a Premium member for 4 years, and has never left hateful comments on any video get suspended for breaking commuinty guidelines? When I try to contact you privately, I get the run around. Why?

May I please have a average time frame like most companies, for when I will hear back? If I don't hear back in 7 to 10 business days, I will be forced to cancel my Premium account and discontinue using your service. It is hard to be patient when of I receive a lack on support.
