@TeamYouTube hi guys, I’ve been having issues with my service...I’ve been in contact with my ISP (Cox), and all of my speed tests are working great...but YTTV video has constantly of poor quality. Netflix and other streaming services have been good, so I’m hoping you can help!

So how will I know what the progress is on resolving my issue? There’s a customer feedback loop that is missing...doesn’t make one very confident that my issue is being resolved.
