The lack of options is innately tied to the impossibility for people to create their own living environments in today's cities. Enlisting experts in modular prefab design-build systems, computational design, Universal Design, & The Ecological Model we set out to change this. 3/

We immediately found an ally in the nascent ADU market, fueled by housing policy changes, with our Bay Area community at the top of the pyramid of needs. All over the Bay Area, we're rapidly designing & building ADUs and micro co-housing communities fueled by our system. 4/

The response is tremendous. It's clear that in faithfully following this energy we're scratching the surface of something with broad repercussions. Big challenges remain but it's a joy to work with our customers to solve them. 🏘️🧠🚀
